Diversity Councils Originally launched in June 2000, the diversity business councils have had a positive impact on driving our culture change. They are led by senior executives and leadership teams, who have been committed to creating a more inclusive work environment. The business councils focus on four (4) business goals: brand awareness/marketing; community involvement; retention & recruitment; personal & professional development, which support the Global Inclusion & Diversity Strategy. Membership is open to all Motorola employees.
