Limited positions exist for individuals with a BA/BS degree or major in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Organizational Development, Psychology or a related field.

Generalist
Partner with management to develop and implement Human Resources solutions that support business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.  With knowledge of all HR offerings, be the primary liaison between employees and the different facets of HR. 


Leadership and Talent Supply (Staffing)
Source and identify student, new graduate, experienced and executive candidates for Motorola. Consult and partner with managers on their hiring needs, develop sourcing plans, build relationships with prospective employees and facilitate the hiring process. 


Learning and Development
Consult with a business unit to develop organizational learning strategies.  Assess skill requirements and training needs.  Play a part in researching, presenting, and making decisions about whether to develop and teach courses internally or utilize external offerings. Source and implement learning methodologies to support an ever-changing employee landscape. 


Performance Management
Implement tools and methodologies for achieving a “win and have fun” culture.  Conduct benchmarking, create tools and initiate training on novel ways to deliver improved individual and Motorola performance.


Rewards (Compensation and Benefits)
Determine novel ways to increase the company’s ability to compete and win by linking its performance with individual accomplishment.  Design, implement and administer competitive Rewards programs based on business client consultation, knowledge of market conditions and understanding compensation practices.  Conduct research, analysis and evaluation of key manual and automated processes that improve compensation processes. Evaluate the return on investment of employee benefit offerings.
